Gregs passion for cooking comes through in every dish he prepares, from classic French to modern Asian fusion cuisine.
He discovered his affinity for the kitchen whilst growing up on his grandparents farm on the mid north coast of New South Wales, Australias rich farming and agriculture lands. After completing his training in culinary arts at Sydneys top catering college, he worked in some of Sydneys most highly regarded restaurants and has been a personal chef for some of Australias most prominent families.
Greg's specialty is fresh seafood, and he insists on using only the freshest he can catch or buy, often directly from the fisherman. Having worked on yachts for more than a decade, Greg enjoys thoughtfully crafting menus to suit each guests preferences, and happily accommodate all special diets.
